Keeping Ivory Ridge Strong

Group Building Project

Ivory Ridge Master HOA Board

The Ivory Ridge Master HOA Board is a group of volunteer homeowners dedicated to protecting, maintaining, and enhancing our community. The Board works on behalf of all residents to ensure Ivory Ridge remains a safe, attractive, and well‑managed place to live—today and for years to come.

What the Board Does

The Master HOA Board is responsible for overseeing the governance and long‑term health of the community. Key responsibilities include:

Community Governance

  • Enforcing the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) fairly and consistently

  • Establishing policies that support community standards and property values

Financial Oversight

  • Preparing and approving the annual budget

  • Managing reserve planning for long‑term repairs and improvements

  • Ensuring HOA funds are used responsibly and transparently

Maintenance & Improvements

  • Overseeing common area maintenance such as landscaping, sidewalks, and shared amenities

  • Reviewing and approving community improvement projects

  • Working with vendors and the property management company to ensure quality service

Vendor & Management Oversight

  • Partnering with the HOA’s management company

  • Reviewing contracts and service performance

  • Addressing issues that impact the community as a whole

Community Representation

  • Acting in the best interest of all homeowners

  • Listening to resident concerns and feedback

  • Making decisions that balance individual needs with the good of the community

How the Board Can Help You

The HOA Board is here to support homeowners and help keep Ivory Ridge running smoothly. The Board can assist with:

  • Questions about HOA rules, policies, or governing documents

  • Guidance on architectural or exterior modification requests

  • Addressing common area maintenance concerns

  • Escalating unresolved issues through proper channels

  • Providing clarity on assessments, budgets, and community projects

While the Board does not manage day‑to‑day maintenance of individual homes, it works closely with the management company to ensure homeowner requests are handled appropriately.

Working Together as a Community

Ivory Ridge thrives when homeowners and the Board work together with mutual respect and open communication. Board members are volunteers who give their time and expertise to serve the neighborhood, and homeowner participation and feedback are always encouraged.

If you have questions, concerns, or ideas to improve our community, we invite you to reach out through the HOA management company or attend a Board meeting. Together, we can continue to make Ivory Ridge a community we’re proud to call home.
