Click the “Upload Documents” button at the bottom of this page.

You will be redirected to the HOA Living portal: https://portal.hoaliving.com/dashboard

Once the page loads, click “New Request” on the home page.

A new page will open—click “New Request” again.

You will be given two options: “General Request” or “ARC Request.”

Select the appropriate option and fill out the required fields.

Upload any necessary documents or photos.

Click Submit to complete your request.
