How to Upload Your Documents & Photos
Please follow the steps to submit your CC&Rs and any related pictures.

Step 1: Click the Upload Documents Button

• On the bottom of this page, click the Upload Documents to begin.

• You will be redirected to our secure homeowner portal.

Step 2: You’ll Be Redirected to the Vantaca Portal

• After clicking the button, you will be taken to: [https://e7.vantaca.net/](https://e7.vantaca.net/)

Step 3: Click New Action Item
 

• Once the page loads,

• look to the top right corner of the page 

• click New Action Item

Step 4: Complete the Action Item Wizard
 

• After clicking New Action Item, a guided form (wizard) will appear.

• Fill out all required fields with the requested information

• Follow the on-screen steps until you reach the upload section.

Step 5 Upload Your Documents & Photos
 

• Within the wizard, you will see an option to:

• upload documents (such CC&Rs)

• photos related to your submission.

Attach all applicable files before submitting. 


 
Step 6: Submit
When you have completed everything, please click Update and then select Submit to finalize your action item.
